Chef Damian Gilchrist
Chef Damian Gilchrist has brings his versatile cooking style to every dish he creates.
Gilchrist grew up hunting and fishing on the Louisiana bayou, but an early interest in cooking led him to a career in food. Over the course of his extensive career, has served at the Executive Chef at Metairie Country Club in Louisiana, the prestigious Kensington Golf and Country Club in Naples, as well as Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo. Currently, he spends the summer bringing his delicious cuisine to the members of Sankaty Head Golf Club on Nantucket and the winters sailing and catering in Southern Florida.
Chef Damian is a Certified Executive Chef and Sommelier.


Locally Sourced
Chef Damian uses only the freshest ingredients. As avid fisherman, much of the seafood served is often caught by the Chef himself.
